Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Facilities team and internal/external stakeholders to deliver projects and services
  • Manage project delivery files, ensuring accurate and complete documentation throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support budgeting, scheduling, and cost reporting for capital projects
  • Participate in capital planning and infrastructure risk analyses
  • Develop and maintain process maps and work instructions for best practices in managing various systems
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary diploma in a related field, such as Construction Engineering
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience with project planning and document management
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and project budgeting/scheduling
  • Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP) and Canadian Government Security clearance
