Bakery Manager

Hensh Corporation is seeking a skilled Bakery Manager to join our team. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality baked goods, managing inventory, and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Product Development: Develop and implement new recipes and product lines to meet customer demand and stay ahead of the competition.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and materials to meet production demands.
- Team Management: Supervise and train bakery staff, including pastry chefs, bakers, and production assistants, to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to produce high-quality products.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our products meet our high standards.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of baking and pastry arts.
- Bonus: Eligible for bonus based on performance.

- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
