Your role will also involve assisting with food running and monitoring food quality to maintain our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Practice a high level of floor awareness and maintain a clean and organized section
  • Ensure that condiments are pre-portioned and the fridges are stocked with essentials
  • Assist with food running and ensure that plates are delivered to the correct guests
  • Monitor the cleanliness of the section and maintain a clutter-free environment
  • Empty garbage, change linen bags, and dispose of waste and recycling
  • Communicate with Servers to ensure a positive and memorable experience for our guests
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required

Requirements:

  • Previous restaurant experience in a similar environment
  • High attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to take direction and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to maintain a level of professional urgency and momentum
