The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating programs that provide housing for seniors who have been street involved, experiencing mental health and/or addictions issues. This role involves working with staff and external partners to plan and deliver onsite activities, engage with tenants, and assess and develop healthy and engaging program spaces.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate programs that meet the needs of tenants.
  • Develop and implement strategies to engage tenants and promote participation.
  • Foster relationships with staff and external partners to ensure effective collaboration.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or Social Service Worker with 5+ years of experience in social services.
  • Requires 5 years of related experience working with adults/seniors, homeless individuals with mental health/substance use issues.
