Shift Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at Subway. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during your shift, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Responsibilities- Manage and supervise staff during your shift, ensuring that they are performing their duties to the highest standard.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, responding promptly to customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional manner.
- Ensure that the restaurant is clean and safe, adhering to health and safety regulations and maintaining a high level of cleanliness.
- Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that the restaurant is well-stocked and that stock levels are maintained.
- Perform other duties as required by management.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Group insurance benefits.

- English or French language support.
- 30 to 44 hours per week.
