We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team at 627636 NB ltd/N.-B. ltee. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities- Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules
You will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our team is well-prepared to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
Supervise and Coordinate Activities of StaffYou will supervise and coordinate the activities of our staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are met.
Train Staff in Job Duties and Safety ProceduresYou will train our staff in their job duties, as well as sanitation and safety procedures, to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service to our customers.
Ensure Quality Control StandardsYou will be responsible for ensuring that our food and service meet our high quality control standards, and for addressing any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain Records and Prepare ReportsYou will maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
Supervise Assembly of TraysYou will supervise and check the assembly of trays to ensure that they are prepared to our high standards.
Establish Work SchedulesYou will be responsible for establishing work schedules that meet the needs of our team and our customers.
Requirements- Education
You must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
ExperienceYou must have at least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Personal SuitabilityYou must have excellent client focus, flexibility, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
