Food Service Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Mr. Mikes Steakhouse Casual. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our dining establishment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet business needs.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring high-quality service and food presentation.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
- Hire and manage food service staff, ensuring a positive and productive team dynamic.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Establish and manage work schedules to meet business needs.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
