Job Summary

Web Jeevan is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Strategic Director to lead our department and drive business growth. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan that aligns with our company's overall goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan that aligns with our company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Leadership and Direction: Provide strong leadership and direction to our departmental teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Financial Management: Manage our department's budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and that financial goals are met or exceeded.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure our department's success and implement improvements and corrective actions when necessary.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other department heads and executives to ensure seamless operations and alignment of strategies.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and ensure our department's activities comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect our department and the company from adverse impacts.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Drive innovation within our department and identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Reporting and Updates: Provide regular reports and updates to our executive team or board of directors regarding our department's performance, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Experience: Extensive experience (X+ years) in a leadership role within the industry or a related field.
  • Strategic Planning: Proven track record of strategic planning and execution.
  • Financial Acumen: Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership and Motivation: Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve their goals.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and best practices.
  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
