Business Development Officer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team at Phantom Creek Estates Ltd. As a key member of our commercial development team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and strategy across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business policies and procedures to drive growth and efficiency.
  • Supervise and mentor professional and support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Plan and execute development projects to meet business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on procedures and requirements for government approval of development proposals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and investment.
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of marketing materials to promote our business and services.
  • Design and conduct research projects to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Provide consulting services to government and other organizations to support business development and growth.
  • Ensure all business operations are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve strategic objectives.
