Job Description

We are hiring a Design and Opportunities Coordinator, Go-To-Market (GTM), to report to the Global Go-To-Market Lead in a full-time capacity for an 8-month term. This role will provide a unique and dynamic perspective on how our GTM team acts as the organizational glue between our various regions and departments.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Learn and immerse in our digital consultancy operations, including service offerings and partner ecosystem.
  2. Support and facilitate bid support, content creation, and promoting our services to internal customers.
  3. Master our corporate branding and design standards.
  4. Understand and empathize with how different departments use our presentation and marketing assets, guiding your approach to iteration and innovation.
  5. Aid in processing and setting up bid opportunities in Salesforce.
  6. Collaborate with GTM team, Sales, and bid teams to gather existing assets and create new ones for pitch or proposal responses.
  7. Work with various teams to enhance proposal and presentation responses.
  8. Potentially contribute to client-facing projects in different capacities, like design and content entry, based on project needs and schedules.
  9. Research and summarize concise documents or presentations on various topics, spanning from client prospecting to emerging technology trends and competitive analyses.
  10. Ensure bid responses and GTM assets conform to Appnovation's corporate branding standards, formats, and messaging.
  11. Streamline processes to do things more efficiently and quickly.
Requirements
  1. Currently looking to complete a co-op term as part of your undergraduate program requirements.
  2. Have an interest and aptitude in doing graphic design and layout work specifically in Google Slides.
  3. Experience with creative platforms (ie. Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  4. Proficiency with messaging and video conferencing tools (ie. Slack, Zoom).
  5. Skill in using advanced search techniques to quickly find relevant information (ie. Google Suite, Gmail).
