Supply Chain Operations Manager

Masspak Inc is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our supply chain department.
Job Summary:The Supply Chain Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of our supply chain team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes developing and implementing plans to prioritize tasks, organizing and coordinating activities with other departments, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and optimize supply chain operations
- Coordinate and supervise the activities of the supply chain team
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
- Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
- Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Prepare and submit reports to management on supply chain performance and operations
- Train and develop team members to improve their skills and knowledge
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- 1-2 years of experience in supply chain or logistics
- College/CEGEP diploma in a related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
The Supply Chain Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, while also being able to work effectively in a team environment.
