Supply Chain Operations Manager

Masspak Inc is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our distribution center, ensuring that all inventory is accurately tracked and managed, and that our supply chain runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of inventory, ensuring that all items are accurately tracked and accounted for.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure that all supply chain activities are aligned with business objectives.
- Team Management: Supervise a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise in the supply chain, ensuring that all disruptions are minimized and that business operations continue to run smoothly.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
