Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tower Security Officer to join our team at Cadillac Fairview. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our tenants, employees, and property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enforce access control procedures and maintain a visible presence to deter crime and undesired activity.
  • Respond to security incidents, report suspicious activities, and provide assistance to tenants and employees as needed.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the property, including fire watches and area checks.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer concerns and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of security incidents and activities.
  • Collaborate with other security personnel to ensure a safe and secure environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of general security experience.
  • Current CPR and First Aid Certificates preferred.
  • Diploma in Security preferred.
  • Successful completion of annual Use of Force and CF compliance training.
  • Working knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act.
  • Maintain safe working practices and demonstrate same to co-workers.
  • Basic knowledge of emergency procedures and Standard Operating Procedures.
