Job Description:

The Cannabis Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring high-quality products are produced in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train staff and workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions
  • Prepare production reports and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • At least 7 months of experience in a production management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound judgments under pressure
