Job Description

This role involves overseeing day-to-day store operations, ensuring compliance with Federal, State, Territory, and local regulations, and monitoring expense lines to reduce costs and improve productivity. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in managing large retail stores or big box environments and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide overall leadership and supervision to the store team.
  2. Communicate and implement corporate office directions effectively.
  3. Contribute to the development of the store's operating plan and capital budget.
  4. Monitor inventory turns and control inventory dollars.
  5. Report tax, duty, and rate changes to the corporate office.
  6. Achieve performance targets set out in operational plans.
  7. Provide effective communication to operational staff and the Regional/Corporate office.
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in managing large retail stores or big box environments.
  • Computer skills in Excel, Word, and Windows.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. This position adheres to the Corporate Job Posting Guidelines.
