As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visual communications that meet the needs of our clients. Your role will involve working with a multidisciplinary team to develop and produce high-quality designs for print, audio-visual, and electronic materials.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and produce realistic or representational sketches and final illustrations
* Consult with clients to determine the nature and content of illustrations in order to meet their communications needs
* Estimate time to complete graphic designs and illustrations
* Adapt existing illustrations
* Supervise other graphic designers or graphic arts technicians
* Co-ordinate all aspects of production for print, audio-visual or electronic materials
* Co-ordinate sub-contracting
* Establish guidelines for illustrators or photographers
* Prepare sketches, layouts and graphic elements
* Use existing photo and illustration banks and typography guides
* Copywrite
* Usability testing
* Process files and paperwork

Requirements:

* 1 to 2 years of experience in a related field
* College/CEGEP diploma in a related field
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to distinguish between colours
* Sitting
