About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Officer to join our team at HANJRA HAULERS INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
  • Policy Administration: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Office Services Coordination: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Budget Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Office Administration: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment and will be required to have efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and be organized.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
