BROWN PROTECTION & SECURITY SERVICES INC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and control, with experience in managing budgets and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to optimize financial performance
  • Coordinate the organization's financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and benefits administration
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Design and manage investment strategies to maximize returns
  • Manage contracts and negotiate with vendors to secure the best possible terms
  • Oversee the collection and analysis of financial data to inform business decisions
  • Advise senior management on financial matters and provide recommendations for improvement

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in financial planning and control. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are essential for this role.
