Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of Mario's 2 For 1 Pizza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Provide customer service
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Participation in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees
  • Participation in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment
  • Participation in a government or community program or initiative that supports Veterans
  • Participation in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people
  • Participation in a government or community program or initiative that supports members of visible minorities
