The Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team. As a Project Engineer, you will play a critical role in the development and execution of energy storage projects throughout North America.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide technical expertise surrounding battery energy storage projects, including design, installation, and operation.
  • Interface with customers in the commercial and industrial space to understand their energy needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Support the Business Development team on site visits and assist in project due diligence efforts.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in the energy and power sector, with a strong background in project development, construction, and execution.
  • Experience with Distributed Energy Resources, including solar, battery energy storage, and EVs.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to travel frequently, with a valid driver's license.
