Order Management and Supply Chain Coordination Specialist

  As an Order Management and Supply Chain Coordination Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of customer orders and supply chain operations.

  Responsibilities

  • Serve as a liaison between customers, sales teams, product management, logistics, and other corporate personnel to ensure effective communication and coordination.

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, including distributors, OEMs, and channel partners, as the primary customer contact for each order or project, and resolve issues, handle correspondence, provide updates, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Evaluate sales team input and customer demand to forecast production requirements accurately.

  • Review customer requests, follow up with internal stakeholders, and ensure completion of all necessary actions for customer satisfaction.

  • Identify processes needed to solve customer inquiries.

  Qualifications

  • Willingness to travel (up to 10%) in support of customer needs or training.

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with a major in a business-related field (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 2 years in a Customer Facing position or Supply Chain function).

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and leadership skills, and experience using SAP (PE3/ECC) or another ERP system like Oracle.

  • Ability to multitask with strong sense of priority, problem-solving skills, work independently, and as part of a team.

  Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
