We are seeking an experienced Process Improvement Advisor to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about project management and continuous improvement in the supply chain field. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in optimizing our processes, ensuring seamless execution, and driving business growth.

The responsibilities of this position include:

  • Coordinating supply chain projects from initiation to completion, overseeing every phase of their lifecycle to guarantee success;
  • Participating actively in supply chain transformation projects, including ERP tool development, business integration, and team training;
  • Leading continuous improvement projects with a hands-on, problem-solving approach, adhering to project management methodology and company culture;
  • Identifying opportunities for optimization within the supply chain and proposing corrective actions or improvement projects to support strategic objectives;
  • Evaluating, developing, and testing new solutions to ensure they meet operational needs and client expectations;
  • Preparing documentation for meetings (agendas, minutes, visual aids) and creating training materials for new and existing tools and processes;
  • Developing performance indicators to measure the impact of implemented improvements and comparing results to established targets;
  • Training and supporting stakeholders on new processes and tools, ensuring effective adoption;
  • Demonstrating positive leadership in change management, motivating teams to achieve common goals while respecting the company's vision and values;
  • Collaborating with different stakeholders to resolve issues, ensuring clear and constructive communication;
  • Maintaining strong working relationships with all internal collaborators and external stakeholders;
  • Applying supply chain policies and procedures, actively contributing to the improvement of these practices.

This position offers a competitive salary of $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

To be considered for this role, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Operations and Logistics Management) or Industrial Engineering and at least 8 years of experience in procurement, including a minimum of 3 years in project management. Proficiency in MRP concepts, experience with ERP software/implementation (JDE, AS400, or Optimiza is an asset), and experience in business integration and process mapping are also required. Bilingualism (English and French) is essential, both spoken and written, and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (intermediate/advanced) is necessary.
