We're currently seeking a skilled Mechanical Operations Specialist to join our Litho Department as Press Feeder.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adjust and operate high-speed printing presses to ensure optimal performance
  • Set up and maintain feed systems to minimize downtime
  • Collaborate with colleagues to change plates and blankets efficiently
  • Ensure prompt replenishment of press supplies to prevent production delays
  • Assist with make-ready procedures and perform routine maintenance on equipment
  • Participate in ongoing training and adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Degree equivalent or relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with offset printing presses
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Familiarity with equipment preventative care and troubleshooting
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
