MoxiWorks, a leading property technology SaaS company, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Product Marketing to spearhead our global product marketing initiatives. In this high-impact role, you'll lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging that sets our SaaS product apart in a competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute global go-to-market strategies and messaging for new and existing products.
  2. Monitor and understand the product technology landscape, including market trends and competitors.
  3. Develop positioning that differentiates the product in the market.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to implement marketing strategies.
  5. Manage product launches and releases, both internally and externally.
  6. Produce content and enablement materials for internal teams and customers.
  7. Support the promotion of our products externally through our website, campaigns, press releases, webinars, etc.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of experience in product marketing of mid-market B2B SaaS products, with a strong preference for product-led growth experience.
  2. Experience with end-to-end product launches in mid-market-focused B2B products.
  3. Ability to execute cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
  4. Outstanding messaging and storytelling skills to a business buyer.
  5. Experience in developing sales and marketing presentations and collateral.
  6. Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  7. Excellent communication skills and ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  8. Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making.
  9. An innate sense of curiosity combined with problem-solving skills.
  10. Entrepreneurial, self-starter, and results-driven.
  11. Ability and willingness to be in the office 3 days/week.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range: $184,000 - $214,000 per year.
  • Potential up to 10% bonus.
