Job Summary

We are seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our team at Simcoe Veterinary Hospital. As an Associate Veterinarian, you will be responsible for providing medical care to animals, performing surgeries, administering vaccinations, conducting physical examinations, interpreting diagnostic tests, and offering preventative care services.

This is a full-time on-site role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Provide medical care to animals, including performing surgeries and administering vaccinations
  • Conduct physical examinations and interpret diagnostic test results
  • Offer preventative care services to ensure the health and well-being of pets
  • Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care
Qualifications
  • DVM degree and licensure in Ontario
  • Experience in a veterinary hospital or similar setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is between $120,000 and $180,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and continuing education opportunities.
