SAB 13JI Immigration Services Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Clerk to join our team. As a Bookkeeping Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including ledgers and financial statements.
- Payroll Processing: Prepare cheques for payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports and statements as required.
- General Ledger Management: Maintain and balance general ledgers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
