About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at HYGGE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT INC. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various bookkeeping tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform various bookkeeping tasks, such as reconciling accounts, preparing trial balances, and maintaining general ledgers.
  • Tax Preparation: Prepare and submit tax returns for the company.
  • Financial Analysis: Assist in financial analysis and reporting, including preparing financial statements and reports.
  • Computer and Technology: Proficient in MS Excel and QuickBooks, with the ability to learn new software and systems.
  • Personal Suitability: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
