Senior Conflicts Attorney Opportunity

Dentons Canada is seeking a seasoned Senior Conflicts Attorney to join their Canada Conflicts team. As a key member of the team, you will assist with potential conflict of interest issues firm-wide and play a crucial role in the firm's client-matter intake process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform substantive conflicts analysis and search from scratch to identify potential conflicts of interest.
  • Assist with the firm's client-matter intake process to ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Office of the General Counsel to resolve conflicts of interest and ensure the firm's integrity.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in conflicts of interest under US (or Canada or SRA) rules at an international business or large national law firm.
  • Intapp experience is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work remotely from the US, with relocation to Canada possible for the right candidate.
