About the Role
Dentons Canada is seeking a highly skilled Senior Conflict Attorney to join their Canada Conflicts team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assisting with potential conflict of interest issues firm-wide and playing an integral role in the firm's client-matter intake process.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with potential conflict of interest issues firm-wide
- Play an integral role in the firm's client-matter intake process
- Search from scratch and perform substantive conflicts analysis
- Work primarily from and with the Office of the General Counsel in the Canada Region
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in conflicts under the US (or Canada or SRA) rules at an international business or large national law firm
- Substantive and significant conflicts experience
- Intapp experience is highly desirable
- Ability to work remotely from the US
- Relocation to Canada may be possible for the right candidate
