About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our industrial pump products to key customers and developing strategic partnerships to drive sales growth. You will work closely with our engineering team to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Develop close working relationships with engineering firms, contractors, end-users, and OEMs.
    • Negotiate terms with clients and close sales effectively.
  • Product Demonstration and Support:
    • Conduct in-person, virtual, and trade show demonstrations of various product lines.
    • Provide after-sales support, including troubleshooting, field service repairs, start-ups, and training.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in sales and technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Requirements
  • A post-secondary education, preferably in a technical or mechanical discipline.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in surface pumps, systems, or a similar field.

Please note that priority will be given to Canadian citizens and permanent residents.
