Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, driving new business opportunities across various industries and sectors.
- Lead compensation engagements from initiation to completion, providing expert guidance to clients and internal team members.
- Provide technical expertise on Quebec and Ontario pay equity, job analysis, job design, and job evaluation, assisting clients with pay equity system implementation.
- Review and design compensation structures, conduct market analysis, and create tailored salary benchmarks and pay philosophies.
- Manage Pay Equity filings and ensure compliance with legislation, including Bill 90 and salary declarations.
- Support the design and implementation of incentive plans and ongoing evaluation to ensure alignment with client objectives.
- Postsecondary degree or diploma in a relevant discipline, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Bilingualism (English/French) is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in compensation and pay equity across various industries, with expertise in total rewards, compensation structures, and job evaluation.
- Certified Compensation Practitioner (CCP) designation is an asset.
- Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis, financial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with proven business development experience and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with clients.
