Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the activities of a team of protection officers, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 protection officers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit progress reports to management, highlighting any issues or concerns that need to be addressed.
  • Crisis Management: Be prepared to handle emergency situations, providing technical advice and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the security industry.
