Job Title: Automotive Testing Shop Supervisor

Fix-Rite Auto Tech is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Testing Shop Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our automotive testing shop, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 automotive technicians/motor vehicle mechanics
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities to meet work schedules and deadlines
  • Manage the ordering and requisitioning of materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed
  • Recommend personnel actions and ensure that all personnel are properly trained and equipped
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Work Environment:

The work environment is noisy and requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
