**The Role:**

We are seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to lead the execution of strategic initiatives and drive operational performance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing process improvement agendas, analyzing customer data, and ensuring effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the execution of strategic initiatives to advance our Operational Servicing Strategy.
  • Manage internal partnerships and ensure effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze customer data and insights to inform strategies that enhance customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement process improvement agendas to create efficiencies and better customer experiences.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or Science, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience working in a cross-functional environment.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing projects or leading change initiatives.
