Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At Subway (1041956 BC), we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless food preparation and service.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
  • Establish work schedules that meet the needs of the team and the business, promoting work-life balance.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
  • Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
