Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Northern Health Authority. As a member of our multidisciplinary mental health services team, you will work collaboratively with RNs and RPNs to provide high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform assessments and develop care plans for clients with mental health disorders
  • Implement and provide personal and nursing care services to clients in their homes and in the community
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
  • Operate within the scope of practice as outlined by the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
Requirements
  • Graduate of a recognized practical nursing program or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Current practicing registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
  • Valid BC Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
