We are seeking an experienced Office Support Specialist to join our team at Howard Johnson Express Inn. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel and make reservations
  • Greet guests and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
Requirements
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Organized and accurate
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Reliability and a client-focused approach

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
