Requirements

To be successful as a Senior Operations Manager - Food Service, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in food service management, preferably in a similar role.
  • An understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures, with knowledge of HACCP protocols.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Working Conditions
