Job Summary

The HVAC Installation Specialist will be responsible for installing and servicing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment in residential homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in HVAC installation and service, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities


  • Install and service HVAC equipment in residential homes, ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.
  • Conduct pre-installation site visits to assess job requirements and ensure all necessary materials are on hand.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored solutions and recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate records of job completion, including documentation of work performed and any issues encountered.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and advancements.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.


 



Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:




  • A minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • A valid Gas Technician II license.
  • A certificate of qualification (C of Q) as an Air Conditioning Mechanic (Ontario – 313d).
  • A valid Ozone Depletion Prevention (ODP) card.
  • A Class G Driver's License.
  • 3-5 years of field experience in service of Water Heaters & HVAC equipment, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A proven track record of meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
