As the Head of EHS, Solothurn, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, the environment, and the community. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) to ensure compliance with regulations, mitigate risks, and promote environmental sustainability.

### Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement EHS programs to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulations
* Collaborate with site leadership to identify and mitigate EHS risks
* Oversee the compilation, updating, and analysis of EHS data to ensure proper compliance with government regulations
* Partner with site leadership to review and interpret current and future environmental demands
* Provide leadership and supervision of EHS personnel
* Define short and long-term EHS goals and objectives
* Review capital appropriation requests and engineering, manufacturing, or temporary change orders for EHS concerns
* Coordinate plant and departmental efforts in planning for potential emergency situations

### Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in EHS, life sciences, environmental management, environmental engineering, or a related field
* Proven experience in leading EHS programs and collaborating with site leadership
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
