Job Title: Technical Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at Tropical Link Canada Ltd. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Provide technical expertise and support to clients, ensuring they receive the best possible service
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or business development role
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical information
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
