Job Title: Technical Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at Imdex Canada Limited. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and providing technical support and guidance to customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers through regular communication, site visits, and product demonstrations
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal stakeholders through product training, technical documentation, and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to identify and address customer needs and opportunities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical information
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
