Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with incident handling and reporting, serving as a focal point for Cybersecurity Operations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders globally to bridge communication between technical operations teams and business leadership
  • Compile and contextualize investigative data on business consumption

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of prior experience in Cybersecurity
  • 1+ year of incident handling experience - managing large calls or multinational corporations across multiple business units
  • 2+ years of prior Business Analysis experience
  • Organization reporting, tracking deliverables and timelines; ability to maintain momentum of the project against a background of constantly conflicting priorities
  • Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics and new technologies
  • Superior problem-solving & decision-making skills to resolve complex work issues
  • Adept at working under pressure in a dynamic environment
  • Good interpersonal skills to build relationships with both internal and external business partners and vendors
  • Efficient and thorough note-taking skills
  • Well-established organizational skills in terms of meeting deadlines and coordinating different work streams of activities
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, engineering, business or equivalent work experience
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a highly valued asset; bank has a global presence in Latin America
  • CISM and/or CISSP certification
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau
  • Previous experience with project management or delivery, preferably within the banking industry
