About the Role

Grandview Kids is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with children and youth with physical, communication, and developmental needs, providing assessment, treatment, and support to help them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients referred for occupational therapy services
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address client problem areas
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community organizations to provide holistic care
  • Document client progress and outcomes
  • Oversee activities in the occupational therapy area and ensure a safe and supportive environment
Requirements
  • Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
  • Knowledge of occupational therapy assessment and treatment principles related to paediatrics
  • Experience working with children with sensory processing difficulties and paediatric disabilities (e.g. Cerebral Palsy, Autism Spectrum Disorder)
  • Strong consultation and conceptual analysis skills
  • Bilingual (French) is an asset
