Sales Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team at ALI ALZOUBI & SONS CO. CORP. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining sales records for inventory control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain sales records for inventory control, ensuring accurate tracking of stock levels and sales data.
- Assist in displaying merchandise, ensuring visually appealing store displays and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce, providing customers with a seamless shopping experience.
- Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates, ensuring accurate and transparent communication with customers.
- Greet customers and discuss type, quality, and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental, or lease.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate sales records and inventory control.
