Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at VM MOBITECH INC. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to answer customer questions about products and services.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card, and debit card payments.
- Operate a cash register and maintain a high level of accuracy when handling cash and credit transactions.
- Assist customers with finding products and answering questions about products and services.
- Participate in visual merchandising and maintain a high level of store appearance.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail sales experience an asset.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
