Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Circle K Convenience Store. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties
- Order merchandise and authorize the return of merchandise as needed
- Sell merchandise and provide excellent customer service
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that stock levels are adequate
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment
- Permanent employment
- English as the primary language of work
- 35 hours per week
