  • Act as a leader in optical acumen, providing guidance and support to colleagues.
  • Take and record measurements, accurately adjust and fit eyewear, and ensure finished products meet standards and customer needs.
  • Assist team members with complex product needs and prescriptions, utilizing technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
  • Utilize technology efficiently, maintaining accuracy and productivity despite time pressure and customer volume.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
  • Manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and competing priorities to achieve exceptional results on Brand KPIs and competencies.
  • Maintain a clean, attractive, and organized store environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Report safety opportunities and demonstrate safe work practices.

Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • State Licensure.
  • Optical dispensing experience.
  • Strong customer service skills, including communication, listening, and teamwork.
  • Knowledge of current store merchandise and awareness of fashion trends.
  • Basic math skills and familiarity with POS, computers, and calculators.
  • Ability to adapt to new technology and change.
