Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of administrative procedures to improve office efficiency.
- Office Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Coordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocation, and maintenance.
- Financial Management
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Monitor and control expenditures to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Human Resources
- Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff members.
- Develop and implement employee recognition and reward programs.
- Communication
- Prepare and disseminate company communications, including newsletters and announcements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners.
- Education
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.

- Permanent.

- Hours
- 35 hours per week.
