About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Emergency Lighting Portfolio Manager at ABB. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth of our core Emergency Lighting (EML) self-contained product portfolio in North America.

Your Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize revenue and profitability
• Collaborate with R&D to propose and evaluate new product feasibility projects and roadmaps for emergency lighting products
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory levels meet customer demand while maintaining profitable levels of stock
• Monitor and analyze sales trends to identify opportunities for growth and expansion into new segments
• Provide technical and commercial assistance to sales teams

Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in product management or a related field, with a strong understanding of the electrical construction/lighting industry
• Strong knowledge of lighting products and market trends
• Proven track record of managing product, marketing, and sales strategy
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience
• Fluency in English, with French language skills an asset
